Devon is starting chemotherapy this coming Tuesday, June 24th. We started a meal train for Devon as she won’t be feeling well enough to cook for herself and her family.
We still need people to sign up for a healthy meal for Friday, June 27 and snacks/fruit on Saturday, June 28.

The baseline study for Devon’s clinical trial begins! Here is Devon’s clinical trial nurse, Ana, who will follow Devon throughout her treatments.
The chemotherapy Devon is starting on June 24th is part of a clinical trial at the BC Cancer Agency. Yesteday, Devon’s friend, Niki, drove her to Vancouver to undergo a check up and multiple tests. The results of these tests will serve as a baseline for Devon’s health throughout her clinical trial.
With endless trips to Vancouver planned this year, Devon will need to be driven each time. As friends and family we are all privileged to be supporting her and her family throughout her treatments. Thank you, Niki, for being a great friend and taking Devo to her appointment. No doubt, even a trip to the BC Cancer Agency with Devon is going to be full of some laughs!

Come out to the Brewhouse on July 9th at 5pm for an awesome silent auction and fundraiser in support of Devon!
July 9th is also Devon’s 15th anniversary battling cancer. She will be starting chemo on June 24th. All proceeds from the this fundraiser will help offset Devo’s expenses as she travels to Vancouver each month for 3 days to undergo chemo.
